Portions for 3 servings:
3 whiting fillets
4 potatoes
1/2 lbs canned green peas
1oz crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp corn oil
Peel the potatoes and steam them for 25mn.
Heat up the peas in a small pan.
Break the egg in a soup plate beat it slightly. Put the bread crumbs in a second soup plate.
Heat a frying pan with the corn oil, dip the fillets in the beaten egg and then in the bread crumbs until they are all covered up. Fry in the pan for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Replace the steamed potatoes with French fries and you will have excellent fish'n'chips!!!
